The GITEX Global 2025 exhibition kicks off today at the Dubai World Trade Centre with its largest participation in history, gathering over 6000 exhibitors from 170 countries and more than 1400 global speakers, including top leaders and decision-makers in technology and digital innovation. The exhibition runs from October 13 to 17 and includes numerous events that enhance its status as the world’s largest technology event and a leading platform shaping the future of the global digital economy that harnesses the latest technologies to serve humanity.
This year, the exhibition, considered the largest global event in technology and artificial intelligence, highlights the latest developments in biotechnology, physical artificial intelligence, quantum computing, semiconductors, and data centers.
The event takes place amid an unprecedented acceleration in artificial intelligence capabilities worldwide, which continues to expand its potential to address major challenges previously considered insurmountable, from treating genetic diseases, improving mobility patterns within urban areas, to enhancing the efficiency of sustainable data centers.
Additionally, the Dubai government participates in GITEX Global 2025 through a comprehensive pavilion organized by Dubai Digital, hosting more than 50 governmental and non-governmental entities and strategic partners in the digital transformation journey.
Dubai Digital showcases a package of key initiatives and projects based on advanced technologies and artificial intelligence, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global digital capital and a pioneering model for future cities.
The Dubai government pavilion includes platinum partners: E& (Etisalat), du, Emirates Post, and Emirates Auction.
Strategic justice partner is the Judicial Council, which includes Dubai Courts, Public Prosecution Department, Judicial Inspection Department, Rental Disputes Center, Dubai International Financial Centre Courts, and Dubai Judicial Institute.
Gold partners include Dubai Finance, Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, Dubai Airports, DEWA Digital/Morro Hub, UXI/Emcode, with Dell Networking International as a silver partner.
This year, the Dubai government pavilion will launch and showcase a range of smart digital initiatives and services designed to harness technology in serving people through pioneering digital government experiences aimed at facilitating individuals’ lives and enhancing quality of life.
Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori, Director General of Dubai Digital, emphasized the importance of this event, stating: “GITEX Global represents an advanced outlook on the future landscape of cities and businesses, and a platform for global communication, dialogue, and exchange of expertise and experiences.”
He added: “This annual event is an opportunity to renew our determination to achieve Dubai’s highest goals and embody the vision of its wise leadership by establishing the smart city concept that starts from the idea of the city as a service, providing an integrated system of proactive and predictive services shared by both government and private sectors, supported by a vibrant community living an advanced digital life.”
