Dubai Police traffic patrols seized a public transport vehicle of the “minibus” type, loaded with large quantities of gas cylinders after its seats were removed to accommodate this amount of cylinders in a dangerous and illegal manner.
Brigadier General Jumaa bin Suwaidan, Acting Director of the General Traffic Department, stated that the vehicle was seized during traffic patrol inspection campaigns in the Al Quoz Industrial area. The inspection revealed dozens of cylinders stored inside the vehicle, posing a serious risk to the driver and road users in case of collision, leakage, or unsafe storage, which could lead to explosions or fires.
