Reports reveal that the American club Inter Miami is considering an exciting move to reunite Brazilian Neymar, currently playing for Santos, with his former teammates Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.

Messi, Suarez, and Neymar formed a historic attacking trio at Barcelona, and although they are in the twilight of their careers, Miami is reportedly exploring the idea of bringing the three stars together again in the MLS.

During their time playing together at Barcelona between 2014 and 2017, Neymar, Messi, and Suarez scored 364 goals and provided 173 assists for the Spanish giant.

Neymar joined Santos, his childhood club, in January on a six-month contract after his deal with Al Hilal ended, then extended his contract with the Brazilian team until December, meaning he will be free to negotiate with other clubs from the end of this year.

The British newspaper “Daily Mail” reported that Inter Miami is working on renewing the contracts of Messi and Suarez and is also considering signing 33-year-old Neymar.

The report added that although negotiations have not yet started, Neymar’s representatives recognize that this option could be attractive to the player at this stage of his career.

Messi and Inter Miami are still competing with their team for the MLS Cup, with only two matches left in their regular season.

Meanwhile, Messi is also competing for the Golden Boot in the MLS, having scored 24 goals, leading by just one goal over Sam Surridge and Denis Bouanga.
