Researcher Ibrahim Ismail Mansour Al-Soufi defended his master’s thesis at the Faculty of Islamic Da’wah, Al-Azhar University in Cairo, specializing in Islamic Culture. The thesis was titled: “The Materialistic View of Man Between Islamic Thought and Western Thought: A Comparative Study.”
The supervision and discussion committee included:
- Prof. Dr. Ali Othman Shehata, Professor of Islamic Culture and Dean of the Faculty of Da’wah – Supervisor.
- Assistant Prof. Dr. Ayman Fayez Kamal Attallah, Assistant Professor of Islamic Culture at the Faculty of Islamic Da’wah – Co-supervisor.
- Prof. Dr. Mohamed Youssef Mohamed Khidr, Professor in the Department of Islamic Culture at the Faculty of Da’wah – Internal Examiner.
- Prof. Dr. Mohamed El-Gendy, Secretary-General of the Islamic Research Academy – External Examiner.
After a public discussion, the researcher was awarded a master’s degree in Islamic Da’wah – Islamic Culture specialization – with an excellent grade.
