The President of the Actors Syndicate, Dr. Ashraf Zaki, announced the launch of a new theater season at Al-Nahar Theater, featuring 11 performances from August 25 until September 5, daily at 8 PM. All shows will be free of charge, reflecting the syndicate’s commitment to making high-quality theatrical art accessible to all segments of society, encouraging attendance, and supporting emerging talents. The lineup includes plays such as “The Last Supper,” “When the Power Went Out on Arab League Street,” “The Respectable Family,” “Good Children Deserve Compassion,” “Don’t You Think It’s Time Women Ruled the World,” “The Happy Family,” “Toy House,” “Oh Lord, a Girl,” “The Wheeler,” “The Waterwheel Pullers,” and “The Kitchen.” This initiative is part of the syndicate’s plan to enhance theatrical activity and present diverse content combining comedy, drama, and innovative intellectual perspectives, reinforcing theater’s status as a key source of creativity in Egypt.
