Belgian coach Yannick Ferreira, head coach of Zamalek’s first football team, held a session with player Ahmed Fattouh during the team’s training yesterday as part of preparations for the match against Modern Sport in the third round of the Premier League. Ferreira asked Fattouh to commit to training, focus with the team, avoid social media, and follow the coaching staff’s instructions to ensure continued participation in training and matches. Yesterday’s training marked Fattouh’s first appearance after returning to group training following his pardon and apology for attending a party on the North Coast. The player completed his rehabilitation program, apologized to the club management and football administration for his past behavior, and committed to the recent decisions issued by the football director. He participated normally in physical training and then in tactical and technical drills.
Zamalek’s first football team will resume training on Tuesday evening at the Military College Stadium in preparation for the match against Modern Sport scheduled for next Thursday at the Suez Canal Authority Stadium in the third round of the Premier League.
