Daghmoum shined in the first round, scoring a brace to lead his team to a 3-1 victory over Al-Ittihad Alexandria. He also won the best player award in the match against Tala’ea El-Gaish, which ended 3-0 in favor of Al-Masry, after assisting two goals.
