The Spanish newspaper ‘AS’ praised the brilliance of Al-Nassr stars Cristiano Ronaldo and João Félix in the friendly match against Portuguese team Rayo Avi on Thursday, as part of preparations for the 2025-2026 season. Al-Nassr won 4-0 with a goal by Mohammed Simakan in the 15th minute, followed by a hat-trick from Ronaldo in the 44th, 63rd, and 68th minutes. The new signing João Félix shone by assisting the first two goals. Al-Nassr will conclude its friendly matches next Sunday against Spanish club Almería, then return to Riyadh to continue preparations for the new season before traveling to Hong Kong to face Al-Ittihad on Tuesday, August 19, at 3:00 PM at the Hong Kong International Stadium in the Saudi Super Cup semi-final.
