Al Ahly will face Ceramica on Thursday, November 6, in the semi-final of the Egyptian Super Cup at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium in the Al Ain area of the UAE.
This year, four teams participate in the Egyptian Super Cup: Al Ahly, Zamalek, Pyramids, and Ceramica. Hosting the Egyptian Super Cup is based on a memorandum of understanding signed between the Egyptian Football Association, the UAE Professional League, and the United Sports Company, which stipulates hosting the 2025 Egyptian Super Cup in Abu Dhabi.
The Egyptian Football Association, headed by engineer Hani Abou Rida, announced that the UAE capital Abu Dhabi will host the 2025 Egyptian Super Cup for champion clubs, organized by the UAE Professional League in cooperation with the Egyptian and UAE Football Associations, the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism, and the United Sports Company, during the period from November 6 to 9, 2025.
Ahmed Gaballah, head of the medical staff at Al Ahly Club, decided to provide the team players with a series of vaccinations before traveling to Burundi on a private plane; in preparation for the match against the Burundian club “Eagle Noir” in the first leg of the round of 32 of the CAF Champions League.
