The official Al Ahly Facebook page posted a video of Hussein El Shahat, the team’s player, celebrating his receipt of the Man of the Match award in the Al Ahly vs Zamalek game this evening.
El Shahat won the Man of the Match award in the Al Ahly vs Zamalek match held at Cairo International Stadium, as part of the Premier League competition. He delivered an outstanding performance, scoring the equalizing goal and winning a penalty that Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet converted into the second goal in the match that ended 2-1 in favor of Al Ahly.
With this result, Al Ahly raised its points to 12 and climbed to third place, while Zamalek’s points remained at 17, keeping them at the top of the league.
Al Ahly’s lineup for the match included: Mohamed El Shenawy, Yasser Ibrahim, Yassin Marei, Ahmed Nabil Kouka, Mohamed Hany, Marwan Attia, Mohamed Ali Ben Ramadan, Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet, Taher Mohamed Taher, Ashraf Ben Sharqi, and Mohamed Sherif.
Zamalek’s lineup included: Mohamed Sobhi, Mahmoud Bentayeg, Hossam Abdel Meguid, Mohamed Ismail, Omar Gaber, Nabil Emad Donga, Abdallah El Said, Nasser Maher, Adam Kaid, Oday El Debbagh, and Juan Bezera.
