Dr. Amr Adel, Deputy Minister of Health in North Sinai, conducted an inspection visit to the Al-Masaeed and Al-Safa units to follow up on work progress and ensure the quality of services provided to citizens.

The Deputy Minister began his inspection by visiting the Al-Masaeed unit, where he inspected the reception, examination, dental, consultation, vaccination rooms, as well as the pharmacy.

Adel verified the availability of necessary medicines, medical supplies, serums, and vaccines. He also ensured the presence of medical and administrative staff. During his visit, he met with patients and visitors to the unit, listened to their opinions on the quality of health services, inquired about any difficulties they might face, and referred absentees for urgent investigation.

The Deputy Minister continued his inspection tour by visiting the Al-Safa unit, where he monitored the medical convoy operating to serve the local residents over two days under the slogan “Coming for Our People,” which includes clinics specializing in internal medicine, pediatrics, dermatology, and general surgery.

During his visit to the unit, he also inspected the reception, examination, and dental rooms to ensure their readiness to receive patients and reviewed the pharmacy’s operations to guarantee the availability of necessary medications.

Dr. Amr Adel met with patients and visitors during the convoy visit to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided. He responded to a patient’s request to provide an orthopedic specialist one day each week to follow up on the needs of orthopedic patients in the area, benefiting from the availability of a modern X-ray machine at the unit.
