In a few weeks, the Ministry of Education and Technical Education will start paying 1000 Egyptian pounds monthly to each teacher as a teaching incentive. This aims to encourage teachers and improve their financial and moral conditions to exert maximum effort within the educational process. The ministry clarified that the incentive payments will begin at the start of November and continue until the end of the academic year, urging all teachers to strive for discipline in schools.
The ministry had sent a letter to educational directorates regarding the implementation of an educational, physical, and mental training program for trainee teachers who passed the preliminary exams of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration in the fields of science, mathematics, English language, and social studies.
Training Instructions:
- The training lasts three days, considering the availability of training halls in each directorate and its affiliated educational administrations.
- Teachers of the five attend the training for all three days without being required to perform any physical exercises.
- Trainees are allowed to receive training in the nearest governorate other than their original one; therefore, the training manager in the original governorate must immediately notify the training manager in the new governorate via quick communication means such as WhatsApp or phone call with the trainees’ data.
- All trainees must obtain an official certificate of passing the educational, physical, and mental training program, which is considered one of the essential prerequisites for appointment.
