Al Ahly will face Ceramica on Thursday, November 6, in the semi-final of the Egyptian Super Cup at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain, UAE.
The Egyptian Football Association, headed by engineer Hani Abou Rida, announced that the UAE capital Abu Dhabi will host the 2025 Egyptian Super Cup for Champions Clubs, organized by the UAE Pro League in cooperation with the Egyptian and UAE football federations, Abu Dhabi’s Department of Culture and Tourism, and United Sports Company, from November 6 to 9, 2025.
This year, four teams participate in the Egyptian Super Cup: Al Ahly, Zamalek, Pyramids, and Ceramica. The hosting of the Egyptian Super Cup is based on a memorandum of understanding signed between the Egyptian Football Association, the UAE Pro League, and United Sports Company, stipulating the hosting of the 2025 Egyptian Super Cup in Abu Dhabi.
In a different context, Ahmed Sherif, Zamalek player, joined the group training held today, Thursday, at the Military College Stadium, in preparation for the match against Somali team Dekedaha in the Confederation Cup.
The player had suffered a calf muscle strain during the recent match against Ghazl El Mahalla in the league competition and underwent a rehabilitation and treatment program in recent days before returning to training normally today.
