His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, affirmed that the UAE, under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, prioritizes the housing file for citizens through continuous development of the housing system to meet citizens’ needs with the highest quality standards and within record times, reflecting the important role of adequate housing as a key factor in family stability.

Housing approvals for 2,971 citizens were endorsed, with a value exceeding two billion dirhams. During the third quarter of this year, 1,099 citizens benefited from these approvals.
