Global star Liam Neeson expressed his reluctance to produce a second part of his successful new film Naked Gun despite its positive box office revenues. The 73-year-old actor, who plays Frank Drebin Jr. in Naked Gun, stated: “I think it’s a one-time movie, and if it succeeds, that’s good.” Neeson added: “I think the film will bring some laughs and fun, and we all need that right now.” He also said: “Not because the experience wasn’t great, it was great, working with Pamela and Danny Houston, all those wonderful guys.” The action-crime comedy film Naked Gun was released in cinemas on August 1 and has grossed over $42 million worldwide at the box office.
