Egyptian actress Ghada Adel admitted to undergoing cosmetic surgery with the aim of appearing younger, stressing that she feels no embarrassment discussing the matter.
In a TV interview with Egyptian presenter Lamis Elhadidy on the Egyptian channel “Al-Nahar,” Ghada Adel addressed this topic, mentioning that she underwent a surgery known as “Face Lifting,” which involves tightening the face.
The actress confirmed there is no reason to feel embarrassed about this, asking, “What’s wrong with that?” referring to the title of her film “What’s Wrong?” which she filmed before the surgery and is currently showing in cinemas.
She explained that she appeared older than her actual age in the film, and that this did not bother her either.
Ghada Adel considered the main advantage of this surgery to be the restoration of youth without changing facial features, expressing gratitude to the doctor who performed the procedure.
She revealed a conversation she had with the doctor before the surgery, telling him she did not want to change her features at all, emphasizing that she does not seek to become more beautiful but only to look younger.
The actress pointed out there were “things” she was not satisfied with on her face, attributing the cause to her previous use of “permanent filler” injections years ago. She confirmed that this caused her significant problems and added that she felt great relief after removing the filler material.
