President Kais Saied left the homeland this evening heading to the Algerian capital. He was seen off by Prime Minister Sarra Zaafrani Zenzri, Governor of Tunis Imad Boukhris, the Secretary-General in charge of managing the Municipality of Tunis Lotfi Dshrawi, and members of the presidential office.

President Kais Saied arrived this Wednesday evening in Algiers to participate in the opening of the 4th African Intra-Trade Fair hosted by Algeria from September 4 to 10, responding to an invitation from his Algerian counterpart Abdelmadjid Tebboune.

Upon his arrival at Houari Boumediene Airport in Algiers, President Kais Saied was received by his counterpart, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, of the sister Algerian People’s Democratic Republic.

The two presidents saluted the flags to the tunes of the official anthems of both countries.

Earlier, President Kais Saied left Tunisia this evening, accompanied by Prime Minister Sarra Zaafrani Zenzri, Governor of Tunis Imad Boukhris, Secretary-General Lotfi Dshrawi, and members of the presidential office.
