Brazilian João Álveina, a player for Zamalek’s first football team, has secured a starting position in the team’s lineup following his impressive performances in recent matches. Álveina scored the first goal for Zamalek against Modern Sport in the previous match at the 13th minute after skillfully dribbling past several opponents. He was also awarded Man of the Match. Belgian coach Yannick Ferreira advised Álveina to maintain calm on the field and avoid excessive enthusiasm that might lead to unnecessary yellow cards. This advice came after Álveina received a yellow card in the last match against Modern Sport for removing his shirt during a passionate celebration. Zamalek will host Pharco at 9 PM next Tuesday at Al Salam Stadium in the fourth round of the Premier League competition.
