More than two weeks after officially announcing her engagement to Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, Georgina appeared publicly with her massive diamond-encrusted ring.

The ring weighs about 30 carats and is estimated to be worth over 3 million dollars. She showcased it on the red carpet of the Venice Film Festival.

Georgina, 31 years old, wore a black lace dress designed by Roberto Cavalli, paired with luxurious jewelry from Pasquale Bruni, including the standout Rosina necklace made of 18-carat white gold adorned with diamonds, sapphires, and pink sapphires.

Georgina’s Engagement Ring Debut

Georgina made sure to highlight her engagement ring from Cristiano in front of the cameras, raising her hands to reveal the full diamond collection she was wearing.

The global football star Cristiano Ronaldo, residing in Saudi Arabia, and his fiancée Georgina Rodríguez announced their engagement in August 2025.

The famous star confirmed the news on Netflix with a joint Instagram post, showing off the stunning engagement ring with the caption: “Yes, I do… in this life and all my life.”

This red carpet appearance in Venice was Georgina’s first official public outing since announcing her engagement to the footballer after a relationship lasting about eight years.

The couple first met in Madrid when Georgina was working as a sales assistant at Gucci at the time.

The Love Story of Cristiano and Georgina

The Saudi club Al Nassr star Cristiano previously spoke about the start of their relationship in the first episode of the show “I am Georgina”:

“At first, I didn’t think the relationship would be this strong, and I didn’t expect to fall in love with her, but after a while, I felt she was the woman I want to spend my life with.”

The couple welcomed their first daughter, Alana Martina, in November 2017.

In April 2022, they had twins, a boy and a girl, but the boy, named Ángel, died during birth, while the girl was named Bella Esmeralda.

Cristiano also has three other children: Cristiano Jr., 15 years old, and twins Mateo and Eva Maria, 8 years old.

Although they are not Georgina’s biological children, she treats them as her own.

Wedding Date After the World Cup

The whole family moved to Saudi Arabia in January 2023 after Cristiano signed a contract with Al Nassr football club, valued at around 200 million dollars. The club described Ronaldo as “history in the making.”

The official wedding is expected to take place in Portugal after the 2026 World Cup, in which Cristiano will participate with his national team.
