Major General Tarek Marzouk, Governor of Dakahlia, announced today, Wednesday, the start of operations of a new sanitation company in Mit Ghamr city, joining the sanitation system operating in the governorate as part of efforts to raise the efficiency and level of cleanliness and improve the urban appearance in the centers and cities of Dakahlia.
Improving Service Efficiency and Field Performance Monitoring in Mit Ghamr
The governor explained that the entry of new companies into the work system contributes to improving the level of services provided to citizens, confirming daily follow-up of the sanitation file to ensure the best results, praising the efforts of sanitation workers whom he described as the unknown soldiers working for the comfort and health of citizens and preserving the aesthetic appearance of the streets.
Instructions for Coordination and Continuous Follow-up of Waste Management in Dakahlia
The governor directed Mohamed Homs, Director of the Integrated Solid Waste Management Department, to coordinate with Major General Anwar Osman, Head of Mit Ghamr Center and City, to monitor the work of the “Indibat Environmental Services” company, with work divided into three shifts, good distribution of garbage bins to cover all areas, and ensuring the company’s commitment to fulfilling its contractual duties and raising the cleanliness level of the city.
