The Algerian national team qualified for the World Cup finals after defeating their Somali counterparts 3-0 in the match held today, in the ninth round of Group 7 in the African qualifiers for the World Cup.
Mohamed Amoura opened the scoring for Algeria in the 6th minute, before Riyad Mahrez added the second goal in the 19th minute, and Amoura scored again in the 58th minute to add the third goal.
With this victory, the Algerian team raised its points to 22, securing qualification for the World Cup for the fifth time in its history, and the first time since the 2014 World Cup.
