The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center distributed 576 food baskets in the towns of Jaramana and Ras al-Ain in the Rif Dimashq Governorate, benefiting 576 families as part of the Saudi aid project for the brotherly Syrian people. The center also distributed monthly sponsorships to orphans affected by the earthquake in Jindires, Aleppo, and shelter kits to those affected by heavy rains and strong winds in Al Mukalla, Hadhramaut. Additionally, 2,000 food baskets were distributed to the most needy families in Al Jabalain, White Nile State, Sudan, benefiting 11,200 individuals, and 360 food baskets in Jalalabad, Nangarhar Province, Afghanistan, benefiting 2,160 Afghan returnees from Pakistan. These efforts are part of various humanitarian and relief projects implemented by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm to alleviate the suffering of needy and affected populations worldwide.
