The Algerian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamal Badari, along with the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development, and Fisheries, Youssef Cherfa, on Monday, oversaw the launch of a strategy to develop saffron cultivation and production during a ceremony held at the National Higher School of Agriculture.
This strategy aims to achieve what is described as the “magic square,” which combines applied scientific research, adoption of modern agricultural methods, development of the processing industry, and enhancement of international marketing.
