Investigative authorities received police inquiries regarding a brawl involving festival singer Issam Sasa. The investigations revealed that “Sasa” incited other members of his band to fight with the second party, the security officials of the nightclub, due to their refusal to allow entry without inspection.

The Ministry of Interior clarified the circumstances of a fight that took place at a nightclub and involved the festival singer Issam Sasa. The incident was examined and the parties involved were apprehended.

Upon examination, it was found that on the 7th of the current month, the Dar Al-Salam Police Department in Cairo received a report of a fight outside a nightclub between the first party (11 employees of the nightclub, one of whom was injured) and the second party (5 patrons of the club, one injured, including a famous festival singer). The dispute arose because the nightclub staff refused entry to the second party without inspection, which escalated into a brawl involving the use of knives and wooden sticks.

The security forces managed to arrest both sides involved in the fight and confiscated the weapons used in the assault. Upon confrontation, they admitted to committing the incident as described. Legal procedures were taken, and the case was referred to the public prosecution which began investigations.
