The German rider Christian Kokok and his legendary horse “Checker 47” won the Grand Prix of the ninth round of the Longines Global Champions Tour in London, achieving a time of 40.41 seconds with no faults in the jump-off round. They earned a prize of 165,000 euros out of the total 500,000 euros prize money. The competition featured 34 riders at a height of 160 cm. This was their first Grand Prix win together since the Super Grand Prix of the Longines Global Champions Tour in Riyadh last year.
