The General Directorate for the Implementation of Judgments and Alternative Sentences organized a summer activity for the children of beneficiaries of the Alternative Sentences and Open Prisons program. The activity included various educational and recreational programs focusing on skill development and fostering a spirit of participation and teamwork. The events aimed to develop the children’s abilities and provide them with practical knowledge and experiences, positively impacting their behavior and community involvement. This initiative aligns with the Ministry of Interior’s strategy to support the family and social aspects of program beneficiaries. Sheikh Khalid bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Director General of the Directorate, emphasized that these activities complement reform programs by including social care and family rehabilitation, enhancing the chances of proper integration of beneficiaries into society and creating a stable family environment that supports and protects the children.
