The Dubai Department of Economic Development’s Registration and Commercial Licensing Corporation has unveiled the upgraded version of the “Invest in Dubai” platform. This development follows the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, regarding the establishment of a “Unified Digital Window for Company Formation.” It also aligns with the decisions of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, concerning the adoption of “Investor Journey Facilitation Principles” and the launch of the “Shared Channels Initiative.”

The announcement was made during the corporation’s participation in GITEX Global 2025.

The new version adopts a 360 Services Policy that integrates all essential government services into a unified digital window supported by artificial intelligence. These enhancements represent a qualitative step to develop Dubai’s digital government services, simplify the entire investor journey, and contribute to achieving one of the main targets of Dubai’s Economic Agenda (D33), which aims to increase economic productivity by 50% through fostering innovation and adopting digital solutions.

This update will help advance digital governance pathways in Dubai by enabling investors and companies to manage the entire licensing issuance process digitally, supporting all types of companies, legal procedures, and branch licenses, while reducing unnecessary procedures and paperwork.

As part of implementing the 360 Services Policy, the “Invest in Dubai” platform unifies all essential permits and approvals from several key government entities within a single, user-friendly digital interface. These include services from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Community Development Authority, and Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, with additional entities to join in upcoming phases to enhance government service integration.

Ahmed Khalifa Al Kaizi Al Falasi, CEO of the Dubai Registration and Commercial Licensing Corporation, said: “The launch of the upgraded version of the Invest in Dubai platform and the provision of integrated 360 services come within Dubai’s pioneering journey to elevate global standards for digital government services, guided by the visionary directives of our wise leadership to provide the smoothest and easiest investment experiences worldwide, based on fruitful and constructive cooperation between the public and private sectors.”
