The Moroccan national team for local players conducted their final training session today, Monday, in preparation for tomorrow’s semi-final match against Senegal in the African Nations Championship hosted jointly by Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. National coach Tarik Sektioui finalized tactical and technical aspects during this session to prepare the players to perform at their best. Hespress observed a positive atmosphere during the last training session, with the Moroccan players expressing strong desire to overcome Senegal and reach the final. The semi-final match will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, at Mandela National Stadium in Kampala, Uganda, starting at 8:30 PM local time (6:30 PM Moroccan time). Coach Sektioui expressed great confidence in his team’s ability to surpass Senegal and reach the final, despite the challenges faced during travel between Tanzania and Uganda, stating, “The journey was exhausting, but it will not affect our focus.
We know well what we want and will fight to reach the final.”
