An Amiri decree No. 166 of 2025 was issued appointing Dr. Badr Hassan Abdulrahman Al-Busairi as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education. The decree was issued following the constitution, the Amiri order dated May 10, 2024, and relevant civil service laws. The appointment was made based on the proposal of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and with the approval of the Cabinet. The decree takes effect from the date of issuance, August 25, 2025.
