Hama Governor Abdul Rahman Al-Suhyan conducted an inspection tour today in the disaster-stricken city of Kafr Nabudah in the countryside of the governorate. He announced a series of service projects including the restoration of a school, repair of a water well, and maintenance of a mosque, aiming to improve the living and service conditions in the city. The governor stated to journalists that there is direct coordination with the Presidency to secure basic services, alongside activating cooperation with international humanitarian organizations. He noted that imposed sanctions pose a significant challenge to delivering aid, but the government is determined to provide what it can within available capabilities. Kafr Nabudah is located northwest of Hama city center, about 50 kilometers away. It suffered extensive destruction in its facilities and homes during the early years of the Syrian revolution due to aerial and artillery bombardment.

The city is currently witnessing a gradual return of residents, with a recent convoy arriving including 40 families from northern Syrian camps, welcomed by residents who had returned in previous months.
