Hot and humid weather is expected during the day in northern Egypt up to Greater Cairo, with very hot conditions in South Sinai and southern Egypt, and warm humid nights and early mornings. Today marks the start of a gradual temperature decline continuing until the end of summer and the beginning of autumn on September 22. Cairo recorded a high of 35°C today, with a heat index reaching 37°C due to high humidity. Tomorrow, fog may be dense in the morning on some roads leading to and from northern Egypt to Greater Cairo, northern Upper Egypt, Canal cities, and central Sinai, causing maritime navigation disturbances.

Low clouds may appear in the morning from northern Egypt to Greater Cairo, affecting maritime navigation on some coasts such as Matrouh, Alamein, Alexandria, and Baltim, with wind speeds between 35-50 km/h and wave heights of 2-3.5 meters. There are weak chances of light rain on northern coasts and light rain possibly with thunderstorms in Halayeb and Shalateen. The meteorological authority also provided expected maximum and minimum temperatures for tomorrow.
