The total number of resolved cases at the Appeals Court rose to 51,164 in 2024, marking a 7.3% increase compared to 2023, while new and pending cases decreased by 3.8% and 4.6% respectively. Notably, criminal cases in the capital increased by 28.4% among new and pending cases and by 30% among resolved cases. Cases related to misdemeanor appeals, rentals, and financial markets declined. The completion rate of electronic notifications was 97.3% at the Capital Court, with high rates in other courts as well.
