The elections for the Textile Industries Chamber will begin on October 13, 2025, as part of the rounds of industrial chamber elections affiliated with the Egyptian Federation of Industries for the 2025-2029 electoral term. The nomination period was opened for members of the general assemblies of various chambers. The Grain Industry Chamber elections are scheduled for October 8, 2025, marking the first chamber to hold elections for new board formations in the upcoming term amid expectations of strong competition for seats across large, medium, and small enterprises due to sector changes. The Federation continues its election schedule with elections for the Building Materials Chamber on October 12 in Cairo and Alexandria, followed by the Textile Industries Chamber on October 13, Engineering Industries on October 14, Real Estate Development on October 15, and Advertising on October 16.

Elections continue on October 19 for the Food Industries Chamber, followed by Ready-made Garments and Furnishings on October 20, Leather Tanning on October 21, Cinema Industry on October 22, Metal Industries on October 23, and Healthcare Providers on October 26. On October 27, elections for the Information and Communications Technology Chamber will be held, followed by Handicrafts on October 28, Chemical Industries on October 29, and Leather on October 30. Remaining industrial chambers will complete their board elections in November, concluding on November 6 with the Desert Land Development and Reclamation Chamber elections. According to informed sources within the federation, the Egyptian Federation of Industries aims to complete the formation of the boards of various industrial chambers and the federation’s board before the launch of the 2025 edition of the annual international industry forum and exhibition scheduled for November. 9 of 2021, which regulates the elections of industrial chamber boards and the federation’s board, with current boards continuing their duties until the elections conclude and new boards are formed.
