The US dollar exchange rate against the Egyptian pound remained relatively stable on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. At the Central Bank of Egypt, the rate was 48.42 EGP for buying and 48.56 EGP for selling. At the National Bank of Egypt, the rate was 48.44 EGP for buying and 48.54 EGP for selling. Similar rates were recorded at Bank of Alexandria, Bank of Egypt, and Commercial International Bank (CIB).
