Data from the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics showed a decline in the general consumer price index for the entire republic, reaching 256.5 points in July, marking a 0.6% decrease compared to the previous June. The agency attributed this decline to a 4.9% decrease in meat and poultry prices, an 11% decrease in fruit prices, a 7% decrease in vegetable prices, and a 0.5% decrease in personal goods.

Despite this, prices for several other groups increased slightly, including grains and bread by 0.4%, fish and seafood by 0.2%, dairy, cheese, and eggs by 0.2%, oils and fats by 0.1%, sugar and sugary foods by 0.2%, coffee, tea, and cocoa by 0.2%, mineral and carbonated waters and natural juices by 0.8%, alcoholic beverages by 5.3%, tobacco by 7.8%, fabrics by 0.4%, ready-made clothing by 0.3%, footwear by 0.2%, actual housing rent by 0.8%, housing maintenance and repair by 1.7%, water and miscellaneous housing services by 0.1%, electricity, gas, and other fuel materials by 0.1%, household furnishings by 2.6%, household appliances by 0.6%, glassware, tableware, and household utensils by 1.2%, and home and garden tools and equipment by 1.2%.
