The Sustainability and Innovation Center of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) won two awards at the 2025 Sustainability Awards presented by the US-based Business Intelligence Group. The awards were in the categories of “Best Service in Sustainability of the Year” and “Best Sustainability Team.”
Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director and CEO of DEWA, said: “These prestigious global awards enhance the center’s excellence and confirm its leadership in promoting clean and renewable energy innovations, raising awareness and cooperation in sustainability, accelerating energy transition, and driving investments that ensure a more sustainable and brighter future for all. The center supports the vital role played by DEWA in achieving Dubai’s Clean Energy Strategy 2050 goals.”
