In an interview with Fox News, Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that US President Donald Trump has not yet made a final decision regarding the Tomahawk missiles.

Zelensky said, “We are working on this matter. I am waiting for the President’s decision. Yes, of course, we rely on such decisions, but we will see.”

Earlier today, Zelensky announced he had a second phone call within two days with the US President, during which they discussed strengthening Ukraine’s air defense among other topics.

Last Monday, Trump stated that he had “somewhat made a decision” about selling Tomahawk missiles to NATO countries to supply Ukraine, noting that he wants to know Ukraine’s plans for using these missiles before approving their supply, according to Axios.

Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed that Kyiv’s use of Tomahawk missiles would damage Russian-American relations.

Putin pointed out that using these missiles in Ukraine would be impossible without direct involvement of American military personnel.
