Sources familiar with “Youm7” confirmed that the parties participating in the National List for Egypt have agreed on most of the candidates’ names for the 2025 House of Representatives elections. The remaining names will be finalized and their papers submitted to the legal committee of the coalition next Saturday, with candidacy papers to be submitted by Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
The sources clarified that the most prominent candidates at the top of the National List from the National Front Party are:
- Assem El-Gazzar, head of the National Front Party for Cairo Governorate
- El-Sayed El-Quseir, Secretary-General of the National Front Party for Gharbia Governorate
- Ahmed Fouad Abaza, Assistant Secretary-General of the National Front Party for Sharqia Governorate
- Suleiman Wahdan, Secretary of the Parliamentary Affairs Committee of the National Front Party for Sharqia Governorate
- Alaa Fouad, Head of the Technical Secretariat of the National Front Party
