Today, the Minister of Culture, Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, participated in the 29th meeting of the Ministers of Culture of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, held in the State of Kuwait – the current session’s chair, with the attendance of ministers responsible for cultural affairs.
The meeting discussed a range of proposals, decisions, and visions on several topics aimed at supporting the joint Gulf cultural work, in addition to reviewing the achievements and targets of the GCC cultural strategy, and the plans for joint cultural events, as well as efforts made regarding cooperation in various cultural fields among the GCC countries.
The 29th meeting of the GCC Culture Ministers aims to enhance Gulf efforts in cultural affairs, unify Gulf visions and aspirations on international cultural files, and expand Gulf cultural cooperation with neighboring countries and the global community.
