The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), in collaboration with REIT Development, announced the appointment of the National Engineering Bureau (NEB) as the official consultant for the design and supervision of the ‘Crypto Tower’ project, the world’s first commercial tower fully dedicated to Web 3 technologies and digital assets companies.

Located in a strategic site in the heart of Jumeirah Lakes Towers, the Crypto Tower is a pioneering project that will provide commercial spaces specifically designed and equipped to meet the operational needs of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital asset companies, supporting their business growth and expansion.

The centre stated in a press release yesterday that the National Engineering Bureau will oversee all aspects of architectural design, engineering works, obtaining necessary approvals, as well as field supervision of construction progress at the Crypto Tower project.

Ahmed bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DMCC, said: “The appointment of the National Engineering Bureau is an important milestone that brings us closer to realizing our ambitious vision of creating the world’s first commercial tower dedicated to serving Web 3 and digital assets companies.”

He added: “This tower will serve as a headquarters embracing our growing community of more than 3,400 tech companies, including over 700 companies within DMCC’s Crypto Centre, providing premium office spaces designed specifically to meet the requirements of the new generation of digital enterprises.”

For his part, Jameel Jadallah, CEO of the National Engineering Bureau, said: “The Crypto Tower is expected to become a cornerstone of the digital economy in the UAE, and we are committed to delivering exceptional services that reflect the spirit of innovation, ambition, and positive impact of this project.”
