The Hamas delegation participating in the Sharm El-Sheikh negotiations in Egypt – Palestinian press
Hamas called on US President Donald Trump and the countries guaranteeing the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, as well as various Arab, Islamic, and international parties, to compel the Israeli occupation government to fully implement the agreement’s obligations and not allow it to evade or delay applying what was agreed upon.
The movement stated in a statement: “After responsible and serious negotiations conducted by the movement and Palestinian resistance factions regarding President Trump’s proposal in Sharm El-Sheikh, aiming to reach a ceasefire on the extermination war against our Palestinian people and the withdrawal of the occupation from the Gaza Strip, we announce reaching an agreement to end the war on Gaza, the withdrawal of the occupation, the entry of aid, and the exchange of prisoners.”
The movement pointed out that the sacrifices of the Palestinian people thwarted the Israeli occupation’s plans for subjugation and displacement.
