The Alexandria Governorate, through the General Administration of Financial Affairs “Contracts Department,” announced the following tenders:

Session on Wednesday, 1/10/2025

Tender for supplying oils and filters, oil and filter change services, washing, and lubrication for cars, motorcycles, scooters, and driving school vehicles for the Traffic Department “Annual works” – public tender.

    • Temporary insurance value: 55,000 EGP.
    • Cost of terms and specifications booklet: 299 EGP.

    Session on Thursday, 2/10/2025

    Tender for maintenance of the hydraulic elevator for people with special needs at the Governorate’s main office building – public tender.

    • Temporary insurance value: 95 EGP.
    • Cost of terms and specifications booklet: 299 EGP.

The terms and specifications booklet can be obtained from the Contracts Department located on the third floor of the Governorate’s main office building next to the Smouha entrance near the Court of Appeal during official working days and hours until 12 noon on the day of each tender session (Phone/Fax: 034234140).

The temporary insurance for each tender must be paid according to the payment methods specified in the terms and specifications booklet.

The final insurance payment must also be made according to the terms and specifications booklets.

The terms and specifications booklets for the tenders can be viewed free of charge on the Public Tenders Portal website. The deadline for submitting bids is at 12 noon at the Contracts Department in the Governorate’s main office on the specified dates for each tender.

Procedures are carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 182 of 2018 regarding the regulation of contracts concluded by public entities and its executive regulations and amendments, and Law No. 5 of 2015 regarding the preference of Egyptian products in government contracts.
