Developed in collaboration with the Beryl Institute, a global organization dedicated to improving patient experience through a rigorous evaluation model, this year’s program attracted 267 entries from 10 Arab countries. Only 38 institutions received this recognition, highlighting the high standards required to earn this distinction.
