Major General Dahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and Public Security in Dubai, received a master’s thesis from First Lieutenant Abdullah Saleh Mal Allah Al Hammadi, from the Administrative Corruption Combat Department at the General Department of Criminal Investigation and Forensics, Dubai Police, titled “The Iranian Nuclear Program and Its Impact on the Security of the Arabian Gulf.”
The thesis addressed the Iranian nuclear program and its effects on the security and stability of the Arabian Gulf region, focusing on the United Arab Emirates as a case study. It included the historical and political background of the program, its regional and international dimensions, as well as the positions of major powers and Gulf Cooperation Council countries regarding this issue. The study revealed the magnitude of challenges and security repercussions imposed on the region and concluded with general and important recommendations contributing to enhancing the UAE’s national security and supporting regional stability.
Dahi Khalfan expressed his gratitude to First Lieutenant Abdullah Saleh Al Hammadi during their meeting in his office, praising the topic and importance of the thesis and wishing him success.
