Dubai’s real estate transactions last week amounted to approximately 15.98 billion AED after executing 4,960 deals.
The transactions included property sales worth 10.75 billion AED, distributed across 3,272 sales of residential units, 202 sales of buildings, and 411 land sales, totaling 3,885 deals, according to data from the “Dubai REST” app, affiliated with Dubai Land Department.
Mortgage transactions recorded 839 deals valued at 2.76 billion AED, including 472 deals for residential units, 130 for buildings, and 237 for lands. Donations amounted to about 2.47 billion AED through 236 deals, with 175 for residential units, 14 for buildings, and 47 for lands.
The “Business Bay” area topped the list in terms of property sales value at 499.89 million AED, followed by “Burj Khalifa” area with approximately 442.36 million AED, “Palm Jumeirah” with 387.36 million AED, “Jumeirah Second” at 370.6 million AED, and “Jumeirah Village Circle” registering 363.48 million AED.
Next, “Dubai Silicon Oasis” ranked sixth with 323.53 million AED, followed by “Dubai Investment Park 2” with 314.85 million AED, “Business Bay Second” with 288.94 million AED, “Airport City” with 278.1 million AED, and tenth place was “Bukadra” area with 272.81 million AED.
On a daily performance level, Dubai’s real estate transactions yesterday reached about 4 billion AED after executing 1,178 deals, including sales worth 2.76 billion AED.
“Palm Jumeirah” led in property sales value at 237.79 million AED, followed by “Mankhool” with about 177.5 million AED, “Al Khada’iq Al Maktasifa” at 131.68 million AED, and “Bukadra” registering 127.69 million AED.
