The CEO of the First Riyadh Health Cluster, Dr. Saleh Al-Tamimi, launched the “Primary Healthcare Centers Management” program, accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, as part of the cluster’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of health services and improve the efficiency of national cadres.

This program is a qualitative step aimed at empowering workers in the primary healthcare sector by providing them with the necessary administrative and professional knowledge and skills to efficiently manage centers, contributing to improved performance and integration of healthcare services.

During the launch ceremony, Dr. Al-Tamimi explained that primary healthcare centers represent the cornerstone of the health sector transformation program, noting that the cluster prioritizes the development of these centers through adopting specialized programs that contribute to empowering national cadres and supporting the sustainability of health services.

He added that this program aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 by enhancing the efficiency of the health system, improving quality of life, and ensuring access to comprehensive and integrated health services for citizens and residents.

It is worth mentioning that the First Riyadh Health Cluster continues to launch qualitative initiatives aimed at enhancing the capabilities of healthcare practitioners and developing the work environment, positively reflecting on improving beneficiary experience and reinforcing its pioneering role in achieving national transformation in the health sector.
