The Algerian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamal Badari, alongside the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, Youssef Cherfa, on Monday launched a strategy to develop saffron cultivation and production during a ceremony held at the National Higher School of Agriculture.
This strategy aims to achieve what is described as the “magic square,” which combines applied scientific research, adoption of modern farming methods, development of the processing industry, and enhancement of international marketing.
