At the 62nd Damascus International Fair, the Syrian Post pavilion offered visitors a unique opportunity to discover the rich history of Syrian postal services through a collection of rare postage stamps and old equipment, alongside showcasing modern services aimed at linking the past with the present and meeting citizens’ needs.

The commemorative stamps on display include important historical stamps, notably a stamp from the Syrian pavilion at the 1937 Paris Exhibition, as well as collections representing fixed occasions such as Mother’s Day, Evacuation Day, and International Children’s Day, in addition to prominent literary and historical figures.

Hamid explained that the Syrian Post’s participation in the fair aims to introduce citizens to the postal and financial services offered by the institution through its offices and halls, as well as to survey citizens’ opinions on the quality of services.
