The revenues generated by hotel rooms in Dubai exceeded 11 billion AED during the first seven months of this year, compared to 9.9 billion AED during the same period last year, representing a growth rate of about 11%, according to data issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, obtained by “Emarat Al Youm”.

The revenues were calculated based on the number of occupied hotel rooms at the end of the comparison period, the average revenue per sold room, and on a daily basis.

The significant increase in revenues of hotel establishments operating in Dubai is attributed to the rise in the average revenue per room, as well as the growth in the number of sold hotel nights. The average length of stay for guests in Dubai hotels reached 3.7 hotel nights at the end of July, compared to 3.6 nights in the same period in 2024. The number of nights (booked rooms) reached about 25.5 million nights compared to about 24.5 million overnight stays during the comparison period, a growth rate of about 4%. The average daily room rate in Dubai hotels reached 551 AED at the end of July 2025, compared to 527 AED in the same period last year, a 5% increase. Meanwhile, the average revenue per available room reached 435 AED at the end of July, compared to 406 AED in the same period last year, a growth rate of about 7%.

It is noteworthy that Dubai succeeded in attracting 11.17 million international tourists during the first seven months of this year, compared to 10.62 million tourists in the same period last year, a growth rate of about 5%.
