Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, the Prime Minister, is inspecting today, Saturday, the fourth phase of the Nile Corniche development project in Benha city, known as the “Ahl Masr Promenade.”

This phase (D) of the promenade starts from the Police Club amusement park and extends to the Water Company on Ramla Road, spanning approximately 650 meters.

The promenade includes seating and resting areas, waiting benches, service kiosks, and booths providing job opportunities for youth.

The project features engineering designs aimed at enhancing aesthetic and visual efficiency, including the renovation of building facades overlooking the promenade to achieve a unified and civilized appearance.

It also includes open spaces and gardens to provide a natural recreational area for citizens and to utilize the Nile waterfront.

To complete the project, encroachments on the Nile River’s banks in some areas such as the Teachers’ Club and the Agricultural Club were removed, preparing for the start or continuation of work in the final phase.

The Ahl Masr Promenade project in Benha will provide an important urban and recreational outlet for the residents of Benha and neighboring villages, especially given the shortage of green spaces and large parks.

It also creates job opportunities for youth through the kiosks and related services.

The project aims to improve the urban appearance of Benha’s Nile waterfront, enhancing quality of life and making the place more attractive to citizens and visitors.
